Executive Order Prohibits Essential Services Closing

On March 23, 2020 Governor Ducey signed an Executive Order prohibiting the closure of “Essential Services”.   Read order here.

As a healthcare provider, we fall under this mandate and will remain open and continue to serve our patients.  We are following all of CDC’s recommended guidelines in order to provide a safe and sanitized environment for the treatment of our patients.  We also provide modified service offerings to keep our patients and employees safe during this time.

Our Service offerings:

• Expanded schedule to offer more separation between time slots for Social Distancing.
• Weekend and evening hours by appointment.
• IN-HOME Therapy Service (Non-Quarantine patients only). We wear masks and gloves during in-home session.
• TeleHealth services to patients in quarantine
